If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation we will do our best to re-book the room. For cancellations greater than 14 days prior to your arrival date your deposit will be refunded less a $35 service charge. For cancellations within 14 days, you are responsible for the value of the reservation, less any value the inn is able to recoup. There will be no refund for rooms not re-booked. Reservations of 10 days or longer are considered a long-term reservation and have a one-month cancellation policy. Reducing the number of days in a stay is considered a cancellation and you will be subject to the same policy as stated above. |

| We are walking distance to all the attractions of Kemah; shops, restaurants, bay access, marina, galleries, rides, and amusements. Personal local transportation is provided, a unique "street legal" modified golf cart with each cottage. Our guests enjoy a water show everyday with our new musical fountain. With over 52,000 gallons of water flowing each hour it is a site to see.
