The cabin is more like a cottage at 512 square feet plus a 192 square foot covered porch. We have a living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, and a bathroom. In the kitchen we have a good size fridge/freezer along with a propane stove that has four gas burners and an oven/broiler. The kitchen also has a large double sink. The living/dining room has a dining table for four, a love seat couch, and a nice bar stool. It also has the 32 inch LCD HDTV to receive 5 channels of over-the-air crystal clear digital TV with an HD-DVD/CD player. The bedroom has the queen bed and a bunk bed, along with shelves, tables, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet as you'd expect, along with an Avanti washer and dryer to simplify your laundry needs. Window AC units are in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom, as well as two electric heaters for the winter. |

| Cancellation:
If you must cancel prior to two weeks before your reservation, we will refund 80% of your deposit. If you must cancel after that, we'll refund the deposit in proportion to how many nights of your reservation that we can rent out to someone else, up to 80% of your deposit. The balance of the rental payment is due on the day of your arrival, and may be paid for before you arrive by credit card (Visa/MC) over the phone, or by check after you arrive. Please call for details if paying by check at arrival. |
