| Cancellation:
Once reserved with a credit card, rooms are guaranteed for the entire stay, regardless of deposit, and guests are responsible for the total balance of nights reserved. If you cancel or shorten your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit (less the processing fee) will be refunded. Otherwise, your deposit will be refunded only to the extent that we re-rent the room(s). There is a $50 per room processing fee for any cancellation or shortening of a reservation |
